1. Provider and scope
The provider is Fidelis Marketing Group SL, NIF/CIF: B13784806 (VAT identification: ESB13784806), Calle Noruega ah 483, 03599 Altea, Spain, trading as Henriette. Contact: info@henriette.es. Services may include copywriting, on-page SEO and off-page content placements. The written proposal identifies the agreed work, deliverables, timing, price, taxes and review process.
2. Agreement and pricing
An enquiry does not create an order. Work begins after written acceptance and completion of any agreed initial requirements. Fees, payment dates and any advance payment are specified in the proposal. Additional work or changed requirements need a written scope and fee agreement. The website currently has no online checkout.
3. Client information and access
The client supplies accurate business information, materials they are entitled to use and timely feedback. Website access is limited to the agreed work and arranged through an appropriate method. Delays in required information may affect the schedule; revised timing should be agreed rather than assumed.
4. Delivery and revisions
Deliverables are supplied in the agreed format. The proposal specifies review periods and included revisions. A new direction, additional pages or changes to an approved brief may require a separate quote. Publishing and technical implementation are included only when expressly stated.
5. SEO and third-party publications
No particular ranking, traffic, sales outcome or inclusion in a search or AI answer is guaranteed. Publishers and search platforms control their own policies. Off-page proposals must specify placement terms, disclosure and link qualification, and any duration or replacement commitment. No permanent placement is implied.
6. Intellectual property and confidentiality
Subject to full payment, the client receives the usage rights expressly agreed for final deliverables. Pre-existing methods, templates, unused drafts and third-party assets remain subject to their own rights. Both parties protect confidential information and use it for the agreed project, subject to lawful disclosure obligations. Personal-data processing must be covered by the appropriate agreement where required.
7. Changes and cancellation
Please raise a cancellation or pause request promptly. Fees for accepted work already performed and approved, non-recoverable third-party commitments are settled according to the proposal and applicable law. Any unused advance is reconciled against amounts properly due; there is no blanket exclusion of refunds.
8. Consumers
Where a purchaser legally qualifies as a consumer, mandatory protections apply. For a qualifying distance service contract, the usual withdrawal period is 14 days from conclusion. Starting early requires the consumer’s express request; loss of withdrawal rights on full performance requires the legally required prior consent and acknowledgement. Otherwise, any charge for early work follows applicable law. Required pre-contract information and withdrawal instructions must be supplied before acceptance.
9. Concerns and applicable law
Report a problem to info@henriette.es with the project reference so it can be assessed and addressed. Spanish law applies subject to mandatory protections and applicable conflict-of-law rules. These terms do not waive non-excludable liability or statutory rights, and do not impose exclusive jurisdiction contrary to mandatory consumer rules.
10. Individual proposals
Services are quoted individually. Please read the written proposal together with these terms before accepting. The proposal sets out the project-specific arrangements; mandatory legal rights always apply.
