Where you ask us to take steps towards a contract, that request provides the contractual basis; routine business-contact correspondence may rely on the legitimate interest of responding to professional enquiries. Agreed project information supports service delivery, while billing records meet legal obligations.

Technical access logs may be used for operation and security. Any analytics or marketing purposes must be separately identified and implemented on an appropriate basis. An enquiry is not a newsletter subscription.

Service providers and transfers

Personal information may be handled by service providers supporting website hosting, email, security, backups and project delivery, and by professional advisers or public authorities where necessary. Access must be limited to the relevant purpose and covered by appropriate confidentiality and data-protection arrangements. Retention

Enquiry information is kept for as long as needed to respond and handle relevant follow-up. Project records are kept for delivery, administration and any applicable legal obligations or claims. Invoicing and accounting documents are retained for the legally required periods. Technical records and backups are subject to their operational and security purposes. When information is no longer needed, it should be deleted or, where Spanish law requires it, restricted or blocked. The appropriate period depends on the type of record, the ongoing relationship and applicable legal requirements.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability or objection where the applicable conditions are met. Consent can be withdrawn without affecting earlier lawful processing. Providing information

Please provide the contact details needed to answer your request. Without them, we may be unable to respond or prepare a proposal. Avoid sending sensitive information unless specifically needed and an appropriate transfer method has been agreed.
